2003 ••• Humble Beginnings

Starting out from humble beginnings in 2003 as a local BT re-seller, trading as InTouch Communications Ltd. STRATUS telecom has come on leaps and bounds. Phil Atkinson our CEO ran the business purely with BT products. As the years progressed, Phil saw the SME business market as being the future and also saw that BT products and services did not do the SME customer base justice.

2008 ••• Going Independent

In-Touch Communications became a independent telecommunications re-seller for companies such as TML, VoiceNet, BT wholesales, Open Reach, and Gamma Communications. Going independent allowed us to provide the best telecoms solutions to our valued customers that met their business needs.

2016 ••• New Exciting Future

In November 2016, we re-branded from InTouch Communications to STRATUS telecom.

2017 ••• Growing Customer Base & New Employees

Early 2017 the business began growing across the entire South East and on target to grow throughout the entire South of England by the end of 2017. The management team, technical teams, and support teams were in place. The dedication to customers will never be compromised. Regardless of our expansion plans customer services will always be at the heart of STRATUS telecom and will always set us apart from our competition.
